    ReplyDelete
  3. Nice inning for Josh!

    ReplyDelete
  4. Harrison looks slick at 3rd to me.

    ReplyDelete

Yeah, the blog has been praying for that to happen.

    ReplyDelete
  7. It's amazing what a little practice can do.

    ReplyDelete
  8. Didn't look slick the last two nights.

    ReplyDelete
  9. He's coming around. Great sign for us.

    ReplyDelete
  10. he had a bad throw on a nice pickup and had a bad bounce get by him.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Would you bring Liriano back next year?

    ReplyDelete
  12. What's a Brent Morel? I'm sure he's a nice fellah but shouldn't he be in the stands drinking some beer?

    ReplyDelete
  13. Morel, G4s pick to click.

    ReplyDelete
  14. A fancy mushroom

    ReplyDelete
  15. Yes, this is his bad year next year will be a good on.

    Morel - future HOFer?

    ReplyDelete
  18. HE GOT A HIT!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  19. THERE IS FUNGUS AMONG US!

    ReplyDelete
  20. Is that his first ever hit? I never even heard of this guy. Good for him.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Everything G4 touches turns to gold

    ReplyDelete
  22. They should try to sign him for two more, but not so likely to happen. QO an option.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Played for the white sox for awhile.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Depends on how he does the next 2 months. But, if he returns to last year's form he will most likely test the FA market. He's making $6 mil this season. He could probably get a multi-year deal from somebody if he returns to form. Bucs will probably be outbid.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Seriously, did I miss something? Where did Morel come from? How long has he been with the team?

    ReplyDelete
  26. Hardly, has over 140 MLB hits

    ReplyDelete
  27. Is that a 'played for the white sox for a while' or a 'dummy don't you know who this pretty famous guy is'?

    ReplyDelete
  28. Liriano to 7 day DL - Mushroom brought up.

    ReplyDelete
  29. BIFF...will Morel inspire some new steak and shroom concoction for you? I mean, it's not a vegetable...:-)

    ReplyDelete
  30. Hmm. Don't log on in the afternoon and you miss a lot. Is someone new on the DL?

    ReplyDelete
  31. He played for the Chisox a couple years ago. Glad to see he got a hit. He is merely a stop gap solution. His defense looks good as compared to Peedro.

    ReplyDelete
  32. I'm kind of hoping they do.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Liriano? Didn't he just pitch the last inning?

    ReplyDelete
  34. Picked him up on waivers from Toronto in February, Has been in Indy all season

    ReplyDelete
  35. D'oh. One of the announces said Lirianop as I was typing and that's what I typed!

    Marte to DL!

    ReplyDelete
  36. No, not at all. Career minor leaguer basically.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Paulie not so hot tonight. Another run would be nice.

  40. Bucco Fan For LifeJuly 23, 2014 at 9:12 PM

    CLUTCH!

    ReplyDelete
  41. Snider needs to get the piano off his back.

    ReplyDelete
  42. That sucks! Hope that doesn't affect his trade value to the Mariners.

    ReplyDelete
  43. He uses it for cardio.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Maholm threw that one right down the pipe!

    ReplyDelete
  45. You see the catch pound his mit after Cutch launched that?

    ReplyDelete
  46. Bucco Fan For LifeJuly 23, 2014 at 9:14 PM

Have to pick up dinner. Hopefully back before it ends.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Just trying to be clever. No offense taken.

    ReplyDelete
  48. red wine reduction with some herbs and a truffle oil/butter... shrooms...

and the roasted garlic and bleu cheese mashed potatoes to go with...

    ReplyDelete
  49. 3 runs scored by Snider so far tonight

    ReplyDelete
  50. Grab me a beer while you're out.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Really wish ROOT wouldn't have cut to commercial so we could see the reaction Wilson gets entering the game.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Not bad for an old ballplayer.

    ReplyDelete
  53. NH is smiling.

    ReplyDelete
  54. Also, Morel was up up briefly in May and got 1 AB, made an out

    ReplyDelete
  55. youngest of 11 kids...seven sisters... had to learn to cook for myself after all the late nights on the ball fields and out in the streets....

    ReplyDelete
  56. Lot of things I wish ROOT wouldn't do.

    ReplyDelete
  57. Did he just accidentally put Puig in the hospital?

    ReplyDelete
  58. Maholm looks like he is washed up

    ReplyDelete
  59. Wilson still drives me crazy but I am now a fan after last night. Evening mates by the way.

    ReplyDelete
  60. Then he suddenly finds the inside stripe. Go figure.

    ReplyDelete
  61. That sure looked like a scouting report AB.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Are we reviewing the play at first base?

    ReplyDelete
  63. For some reason???

    ReplyDelete
  64. Is there an echo in here?

    ReplyDelete
  65. How did they get their 6th run?

    ReplyDelete
  66. Cutch double, Snider scored

    ReplyDelete
  67. Whatever you do Justin... no inside FB on the hands to this fellow. That didn't work out so well the other night.

    ReplyDelete
  68. Wilson drives me crazy....

    ReplyDelete
  69. This isn't trending well....

    ReplyDelete
  70. Guess Ray straightened him out.

    ReplyDelete
  71. so much for not trending well

    ReplyDelete
  72. Got out of it..Mid 8..6-1 Good Guys

    ReplyDelete
  73. Coaching visit to the mound...

Thanks for making a nice easy game into a regular two alarm fire... appreciate that Justin... he's a lefty... back to the inside stripe.

    ReplyDelete
  74. OK, re that review, I thought force plays weren't reviewable? If they are, they shouldn't be. Umps go with sound of when the ball hits the glove + sight of when the hand touches the bag. I think you're more likely to screw it up by taking sound out of the equation.

    ReplyDelete
  75. It's still 1-0 TB, in StL ...Top 7

    ReplyDelete
  76. 1 on...no outs. Martin singles

    ReplyDelete
  77. Think BFFL is pestering the counter girl at the take-out place for additional free bread?

    ReplyDelete
  81. My new line for lunch meetings when they ask if I have any dietary restrictions. "Yes, I only eat steak tips and lobster tails"

    ReplyDelete
  82. Extra Arby's sauce.

    ReplyDelete
  83. If you ask for bread you'll be lucky to get saltines. Ask for lobster... you get two packs of saltines. Winning.

    ReplyDelete
  84. How did it get through 3 guys on that side

    ReplyDelete
  85. 5 outta 6 aint bad after the break, eh?

    ReplyDelete
  86. But you get no bread with 1 meatball

    ReplyDelete
  87. Does everyone at McDonalds laugh?

    ReplyDelete
  88. Well, there was some doubt about it but it seems to have worked out ok.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  103. caring and a smile gets you not very far...

production Doc... production is why he's here...

    ReplyDelete
  104. I think that's exactly the case

    ReplyDelete
  105. Tabby's .455 OPS in Indy doesn't cut it

    ReplyDelete
  106. Nor did his .821 OPS last year in the big leagues. You're forgetting his production for this team last year.

    ReplyDelete
  107. Post game Thread
