  1. If I'm Justin Wilson and I ever become a lights our reliever that the fans get a bit pumped up for when I come out this is totally my entrance music (first 30 seconds or so):

I mean it's not Enter Sandman but if you got the crowd behind you it's cool! Of course if you suck and it's April 15 it may lose some luster.

  5. Once again, the Bucs did not miss Pedro

    ReplyDelete
  6. I mentioned this morning... not sure if it is so much Pedro. But now they're bench looks like... well not good. Losing Pedro weakens the team as a whole.

    ReplyDelete
  7. Didn't we used to have a left handed hitting third baseman?

This team is better when Pedro is doing well.. Would be nice to have him back

  24. Something just happened in the Cards game where apparentley the ump lost track of a count, nobody noticed, and John Jay struck out with 4 balls already thrown. At least that's what their announcing team is bitching about. Crying shame.

Rays still up 2-0, going into the 9th.

Now may be the time to trade Pedro, if he is not too injured.

It has to be a blockbuster, and whomever the Pirates get back has to be a real quality starter, or a solid 1st basemen.

How about Yankees give D backs 2 good (for them) prospects, Diamond backs also get 2 excellent prospects from D backs(only 1 of Kingham or Glasnow is included, Bucs get Goldshmidt, Yankees get El Toro.
Would that work for everyone concerned?

So rather than donating money to us why not have the asylum mates make a donation ($5 - $10, whatever they want) to a charity of their choice... but mark it as on behalf of the PBC Asylum?

I'm sending some money to the Jimmy V foundation saying that. Maybe I'll make a post tomorrow about it. No offense to DK or the PG but better place for my cash to land.

So, the ONLY pitcher worse is Frankie.

But, is AJ that much better? nope.

Of course JAL and BFFL put in all the work these days (I try to post but they're too fast!!) so I think buying them lunch or a beer (their preference) would be awesome too!

The kind of pitcher they need right now, is one that can come in during the 6th or 7th, and shut the other team down, for 1 inning, possibly 2.

I think starting pitching is not a priority right now, in terms of trades.

I still would look into any left handed hitting 1st basemen.

Do the indians think they still have a shot? carlos Santana would look Great in the Pirates colors.

In passing, I just want to take a moment to thank everyone for contributing all those nice little rectangles throughout and across the entire web-site. In terms of a geometric sense of precision and style, it truly does add a real touch of class to the blog.

And special thanks to Hunter for going that route. As opposed to, say, for example, with those annoying little emoticons you sometimes find on pre-teen message boards where banality is always running rampant, and at a preferred premium. Kudos to Hunter. Great decision on his part.
