As far as I know, Exposition Park was the original home of the Pittsburgh Pirates from 1891-1909, when Forbes Field opened. Many are not aware of its location, parts would have been seats in Three Rivers Stadium. It was the site of the first World Series in 1903. Boston won the best of 9 game series, 5-3. Crazy to see that three out four Pirates' parks have been located within a 1/4 mile of each.
