Player Predictions - Edinson Volquez/Game Update

I thought this would be an interesting time to predict Edinson Volquez after his rocking inning this afternoon.  Voquez has never been a lights out starter but he was a pretty productive pitcher in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2012.  The metrics suggest he was pretty unlucky last year but the results were not pretty until he was traded.

The Pirates seem to have noticed something in his delivery but time will tell if they can go out and fix another starter like they did with Francisco Liriano and A.J. Burnett.  Normally I go with Steamers predictions but the IP are way off from the other predictions so I'll use ZiPS:

ERA - 4.48
WHIP - 1.45
Wins - 8
Loss - 11
IP - 164
K's - 130
BB's - 76
GS - 29

I'm curious if anyone would think that is better than what Jeff Locke could do.  So what do you think?
