Like Busch Stadium in St. Louis, part of Great American Ballpark in Cincinnati was built on the site of the former stadium. In this case, it was Riverfront Stadium (also Cinergy Field at its conclusion), which is why they played their last year there with no outfield seats. The Riverfront Stadium site is now part ball park and part bars and condos. It's actually pretty nice. The Reds Hall-of Fame is also there in the mix, it's near the old third base line, close to the bullpen. It was a fun visit that I would recommend. For what it's worth, I think they should have turned the stadium around so the outfield faced downtown instead of no sky-line in Kentucky.
