Def Lepard was formed in 1976 and were regulars on the charts in 1980s and 90s. Def Leppard have sold more than 100 million records worldwide. Drummer Rick Allen lost his left arm in car crash in December 1984 but continued to play with band by using his feet on an electronic drum set.
